Essential Peacemaking - Women & Men

changes the way we listen to other people and so lays the foundations for Men and Women to work together - instead of resisting each other.

Working with the strengths and natural wisdom that each gender has to offer, the Workshop provides time in a safe-space environment
for Women and Men:

•  TO LEARN, through Collaborative Communication, a way in which Men and Women can discover ways to speak their own reality and LEARN TO LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND.
•  TO PRACTICE this skill in both Single and Mixed Gender processes.
•  TO WORK towards achieving "win-win" resolutions to their oppositions, instead of being locked in the blocked stalemates of the "lose-lose" situation.
•  TO REALISE, with absolute clarity, that MY REALITY and YOUR REALITY can disagree - NEITHER OF US NEEDS TO BE WRONG!
•  TO FOCUS their individual Female and Male Energy on finding a common language.
•  TO BEGIN the process of changing conflict into shared
MALE / FEMALE LEADERSHIP.

This Group Workshop is for 12 to 24 participants.
It is not therapy nor counselling.
Neither is it about romance, or sex, or love-partners,
and it does not focus on individual relationships.
IT IS FOR
Singles and Couples, Partners and Friends.
IT IS ABOUT
Ordinary Women and Men finding new ways to communicate,
honestly, openly and co-operatively.
